The Pulmonary Hypertension Patient Engagement & Empowerment Series is a new evidence-based resource designed to help people living with pulmonary hypertension and their families and carers to be more informed, confident, and empowered. The series was developed by Pulmonary Vascular Research Institute IDDI Patient Engagement & Empowerment Workstream.
The series explores 11 core themes, including:
- Understanding PH
- Accessing psychological support
- Shared decision-making
- Clinical trials
- Advocacy
Each theme is brought to life through a short video featuring insights from patients, carers, and clinicians — offering practical tools to strengthen self-management, improve conversations, and support collaboration across the pulmonary hypertension community.
