“Diagnosing and treating pulmonary hypertension – understanding the professional guidelines” is an easy to understand summary of the joint European Society of Cardiology (ESC) and European Respiratory Society (ERS) clinical guidelines for pulmonary hypertension (PH). It was published on the European Lung Foundation (ELF) website on 02/11/2022. It is for people with pulmonary hypertension, or their family or carers.
The lay summary was developed with the collaboration of the Task Force for the ESC/ERS Guidelines for pulmonary hypertension, which included two patient advocates, Pisana Ferrari and Gergely Meszaros.
