The French pulmonary hypertension association HTaPFrance has announced the date for its yearly WEEF, Children and Family Weekend, May 29-31, 2025, at the CIS Lamourelle in Carcassonne
The Children’s and Family Weekend is an opportunity to:
– Meet other children/young people and other families
– Better understand what pulmonary arterial hypertension is and to live better with it,
– Exchange experiences, tips and tricks,
– Learn about treatments and research advances thanks to the presence of a doctor who is an expert in pulmonary hypertension.
For those who don’t know the association it is an opportunity to find out more about what it has to offer.
On the agenda:
– Creative workshops
– Fun activities
– Exchanges with the expert doctor
– Conviviality and lots of laughter
HTaPFrance strives to cover a large part of the costs related to the organization of these days and the stay of each person. However, a contribution is requested from families. For the previous edition, the association was the winner of a prize from the Crédit Agricole Foundation, which covered most of the costs. This year, they don’t have a partner yet. Donations are very welcome
