“Make the Connection“, is the theme of the Canadian Pulmonary Hypertension (PHA Canada)’s campaign for November awareness month. Ths campaign is about helping more healthcare professionals recognize pulmonary hypertension (PH) and connect patients and caregivers with information, resources, and support.
