Reflecting on 2025: Our Year in Review. Thank you for standing with us, we look forward to continuing our vital mission together in 2026.

As 2025 comes to a close, we reflect with gratitude on a year of remarkable growth and impact Our Pulmonary Hypertension Knowledge Sharing Platform, the digital hub hosting the Alliance for Pulmonary Hypertension’s activities, expanded significantly over the year, recording over 9.5k views from 4.5k visitors across 106 countries—representing significant growth compared to 2024. We added over 200 expert-curated resources to our PH Library, maintained our dynamic News section with 15-20 timely updates monthly from reliable sources worldwide, delivered four quarterly webinars featuring diverse international speakers and experts, launched our “PEP Talks” video series with 18 patients sharing tips and advice for daily living, and on European Donation Day inaugurated our “Wheels of Hope” educational campaign on organ donation following Czech cyclist Lukáš Jakovec’s 9-month journey across Europe. Our social media presence flourished with over 250.000 persons reached across our LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube channels. Our platform’s embedded plug-in allows for translation into 40 languages, ensuring the widest possible dissemination of content.

Each initiative is designed to bridge the gap between scientific advances and lived experience, ensuring that every person with pulmonary hypertension—regardless of location, language, or resources—has access to knowledge and support.

Looking ahead to 2026, we are committed to deepening our global reach and strengthening patient empowerment.

We will continue providing timely updates to our News section, which feed into our growing Pulmonary Hypertension Library, ensuring the community stays current on critical developments. Our new webinar series will explore how digital health technologies and therapeutic innovations converge to improve patients’ everyday lives. We’re expanding PEP Talks to include speakers from underrepresented regions sharing experiences in their native languages, implementing community feedback mechanisms to ensure our resources truly serve real needs, and continuing the Wheels of Hope campaign through June.

None of this would be possible without our Members, our Board, the extraordinary dedication of our volunteers, who contributed over 1.100 hours in 2025, and our generous donors, private and corporate. Together, we are building a truly global community where knowledge empowers patients to live their best possible lives.

Thank you for standing with us, and we look forward to continuing this vital mission together in 2026.
