Corsair Pharma will present preclinical data on their TRX-248 transdermal patch at the Pulmonary Hypertension Professional Network Symposium (PHPPN), Sept 18-20, 2025. The once-daily patch delivers treprostinil for pulmonary arterial hypertension treatment. These data provide additional support for the clinical program which is currently in a first-in-human Phase 1 study.
The transdermal patch has the potential to improve patient convenience and tolerability, to expand treatment options for patients, and increase the use of prostacyclin therapy in pulmonary arterial hypertension.
