With Prof. Manu Keirse, grief and bereavement expert (KU Leuven)
Pulmonary hypertension (or another serious illness) can bring losses that are often invisible to others—health, energy, work, or future plans. Prof. Keirse will show that grieving is not only about saying goodbye to someone but also learning to cope with everything you lose yourself, and how to hold on in a new way. A warm and comforting session, offering recognition and hope.

An interactive session with Charlot, Maryse, and Sonja. Charlot shares her personal journey through rehabilitation, the challenges faced, and improvements in daily life. Maryse, physiotherapist, explains how rehabilitation programs are structured and how safe, achievable exercise can enhance quality of life. Sonja, care coach, shows how patients are involved in their treatment plans and highlights key success factors. The session concludes with practical tips and a Q&A. - What is pulmonary hypertension?
